Rare Team Maine Action Figures

Most serious collectors know this, but did you know that four members of Team Maine were designed into action figures back in 2002?  Produced under license from Media Asia Consumer Products LTD, these figures were fully articulated and sold on carded bubble packaging.  The initial run sold out within minutes upon release in Maine’s LL Bean stores.  The variant combo pack of Eric Guevin with mini-table is considered to be the Holy Grail of action figures, commonly referred to as the Yeti-Pack.  It has been reported, but unconfirmed, that the Toy and Action Figure Museum in Pauls Valley, OK has the full set on display.

  • Thanks, Mark.
That photo is great…not my my work, though.
If I remember correctly, Rob Bigwood created that a few years ago and sent it in. I came upon it on my old computer and thought it was worth re-visiting.

By the way, did you notice you and Anthony are on the CT States banner? (photo from Sunday’s practice)
